How to play
- Choose a level: EASY (6 pairs), NORMAL (8 pairs) or HARD (10 pairs).
- Flip two cards, one at a time.
- If both show the same picture, you found a pair and they stay face up.
- If they are different, they stay visible for a moment and then turn back over. Try to remember where each one was.
- Find every pair to clear the game!
Every two cards you flip count as one move. The clock starts with your first card. There is no time limit.
The ten pictures are a storybook card set: Kuro, Shiro and Mike in small everyday moments with yarn, a book, flowers and more. Every card shows a different scene and object, so you never need colour alone to tell cards apart.

- Click a card, or move to it with Tab and press Enter or Space
While two cards are face up, no other card can be flipped. Tapping the same card twice never counts as the second card.
Saving
Your personal bests for each level (the fewest moves and the fastest time), how many times you cleared each level and the last level you chose are stored only in this browser's localStorage (picochest.play.cat-memory.v1). Nothing is sent to PicoChest's servers, and nothing carries over to another device or browser. Clearing your browser data deletes it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
